How We Communicate
TeamSNap
TeamSnap is our sports management platform which will be used by the RFYFA Board to communicate in-season league activities to registered players and their families.
TeamSnap will be used by Coaches to communicate team specific information with Parents.
Parents are encouraged to use the TeamSnap Mobile app email and chat functionality to communicate with their Coaches. Use the mobile app to also let your Coaches know if your player(s) will be attending practices, games, and/or events!
Mailing List
General communications on league activities such as registration notices, off-season and pre-season activities, and special events will be communicated using our mailing list.
If you're not subscribed to our mailing list and would like to be, please do so here.
If at any time you are no longer interested in general communications from RFYFA, you can unsubscribe at the bottom of our messages.
Social Media
In addition to TeamSnap and our Mailing List, we'll send out/repeat communications and other special messages to our social accounts as another way of hearing from us.
