• Mouthguard
  • Must be worn when on the field at all times for practices and games
• Tennis shoes or rubber cleats
  • No metal cleats are permitted
• Game Day Jerseys (provided by RFYFA)
  • Must be worn on game days
  • Home team will wear the Navy side whereas the Away team will wear the Gray side
  • All players shirts must be tucked into shorts/pants when on the field

• Flag Belt (provided by RFYFA)
  • The flag belt must be worn so there is one flag on each hip of the player
  • The flag belt cannot have excess material dangling off it. The excess material should be cut and/or taped prior to the start of the game
• Water bottle (recommended)

• Additional appropriate weather-related clothing as needed

The mouthguard must be worn when on the field at all times whether for practice or games.
